3-year contract to supply ITIL v3 training to Royal Dutch Shell-employees
Amsterdam, 22 February 2010 – Royal Dutch Shell plc has selected Quint Wellington Redwood as its partner for ITIL version 3 education. The coming three years Quint will supply ITIL courses worldwide for Shell employees.
Training Target staff within the Shell organization includes IT Business Interface staff; operational IT staff; team leaders in operations management roles; IT service managers and IT process owners. Quint offers the Intermediate, Expert and Master modules of ITIL v3 and the Bridging modules between ITIL v2 and v3.
One of the reasons Royal Dutch Shell plc has chosen Quint is the capability to offer training worldwide in different learning types, deploying local staff. Learning types include open enrollments, classroom based, virtual and e-learning.
